Our Policies are in place to ensure the enjoyment for all guests.

Maximum Occupany Limits

For the safety and comfort of ALL resort guests, we adhere to a strict occupancy limit in each Room or Cottage.  If you require clarification as to what these limits are, please contact the resort directly. 

We reserve the right to refuse occupancy and/or terminate your stay should you exceed the stated maximum number of occupants allowed.  

Additional Cleaning/Damage Surcharges

We provide our guests with basic housekeeping services. We respectfully ask that you treat our premises as you would your own home. 

During your stay, please use the central Garbage & Recycling receptacles located on the property.  Upon check out, please leave your Room or Cottage in a reasonable condition of cleaniness and order (including used dishes - dish soap is provided for your use).  

We reserve the right to charge an Excess Cleaning Fee of $50 per hour should you leave your Room or Cottage in an unreasonable state of disarray.

Quiet Time

Respectfully, for the enjoyment of ALL guests, we ask you to limit noise and music after 10pm.  Sound carries far especially near the water!
