No, we are very sorry we do not. Unfortunately, in this day and age where everyone wants to stay connected, we understand that WiFi seems like a necessity.
However, we do have cell service, so if you have a data plan, you will be able to use your own data. You may wish to download a few movies before you come to the resort.
No, sorry! Imagine! No TV and no WiFi? What do people do LOL?!
We have games and cards you can bring to your room, and everyone loves a good book! Trust us, at the end of the day after being in the Island air, you will have no problems sleeping ;-)
Dogs are welcome at our resort provided they are supervised by their owners. All of our units are DOG Friendly.

Fishing in Lake Manitou and around Manitoulin Island is great! Like other places, what you will catch varies depending on the time of year, and where you are fishing. You are welcome to bring your own fishing gear and fish right from the dock.
There are fishing charters here on Manitoulin that you can google, and they are extremely fun to go out with.
Unfortunately, we do not have boats for rent, nor do we have a boat launch. You are welcome to rent from someone on Manitoulin Island or bring your own boat and use our Harbour free of charge to keep it in. There are a few places on the Lake that you can launch from, and then boat back over. If you rent from Island Time Rentals they will bring the boat to the lodge for you.
Yes, we have complimentary canoes and kayaks for your use.
The balance of your room/cottage will be charged to your credit card on file 10 days BEFORE your arrival. If you prefer to pay by e-transfer, please ensure it is sent to email@example.com at least 14 days in advance to avoid being charged twice. Once your payment is received an e-mail will be sent to you with a copy of your paid-in-full receipt attached.
Yes. We test it regularly.
Our cottages aren’t young, being gentle on aging things is a nice way to make sure they’re around a long time. People wear on buildings, contents, property, septic.
Keeping the right number of guests to bedrooms and bathrooms is easier on the property (and buildings, and contents, and septic) so we may all enjoy it for years to come, but also keeps the family / friendly / safe feeling that we strive for that much more in reach.
Yes! We do rent our whole resort for events. Feel free to contact us for more information. (Minimum of 2 nights)
